Amazon Hub Lockers are secure, self-service kiosks where you can pick up and drop off Amazon parcels at a time and place that is convenient for you.
Visit amazon.co.uk/addabey to add this Amazon Hub Locker to your Amazon address book.
To use an Amazon Hub Locker simply find a convenient locker and add it to your Amazon address book. Then, during checkout, select the locker as your delivery address. Once your parcel has been delivered, Amazon will email you a unique 6 digit code. Simply visit your selected Locker and enter the code on the locker’s touchscreen, then remove your parcel after the locker’s door opens.
Amazon Hub Locker has no charge for Amazon Prime members. If you’re not an Amazon Prime member, you’ll be charged £2.99 for one-day delivery or £5.99 for same-day delivery of eligible items.
You have 3 calendar days to pick up your parcel. If you’re not able to collect your parcel within this time-frame, it will be returned for a refund.
Items dispatched by Amazon are eligible for delivery to an Amazon Hub Locker. This includes marketplace items that are fulfilled by Amazon (usually items from Amazon merchants or warehouse deals). Currently, lockers can accept parcels up to 42cm x 35cm x 32cm in dimension, with a maximum weight of 4.5kg.
Items sold by third-party sellers, age restricted and hazardous material items aren’t eligible for delivery to an Amazon Hub Locker.
Yes. If your item is eligible to be returned to a Locker, you will see Amazon Hub Locker as a drop off option during the returns process on Amazon.co.uk.
